Meet Alex, our experienced and certified personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and a personal journey that began 28 years ago, Alex has achieved a remarkable 120 lb weight loss and has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals.

 

In addition to his certification as a personal trainer through NASM, Alex has also completed several specialized programs, including the NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and NASM Behavior Change Specialist.

 

With a deep understanding of how nutrition, behavior, and fitness interact, Alex is uniquely equipped to help clients achieve lasting, sustainable results. Meet Nate, our accomplished trainer with a passion for fitness cultivated over 15 years, and a dedicated professional in the industry for the past 7. Nate earned his personal training certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association, showcasing his commitment to excellence.  

 

With a well-rounded approach to training styles, Nate stands out as a specialist in strength and muscle building. His wealth of experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to our team, dedicated to guiding individuals on their unique fitness journeys. Melvin

Melvin is a highly accomplished and dedicated fitness professional with over four years of hands-on experience in personal training, performance enhancement, and body transformation.

 

Prior to launching his coaching career, Melvin spent three years training under an Olympian coach. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in elite-level training methodologies, athletic performance, and the discipline required to succeed at the highest levels of sport.

 

As an ISSA-certified Master Trainer, Melvin is recognized for his science-based, results-driven approach to fitness. Whether clients aim to reduce body fat, build lean muscle, recover from injury, or enhance athletic performance, he develops customized programs designed to produce measurable and sustainable results.

 

His mission is to empower individuals through education, motivation, and proven training strategies—helping them move more efficiently, build strength, and achieve long-term health and wellness.

Rick

Rick is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Stretch Therapist who’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. His approach combines effective strength training with customized stretching to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being.
