Meet Alex, our experienced and certified personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and a personal journey that began 28 years ago, Alex has achieved a remarkable 120 lb weight loss and has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. In addition to his certification as a personal trainer through NASM, Alex has also completed several specialized programs, including the NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and NASM Behavior Change Specialist.

 

With a deep understanding of how nutrition, behavior, and fitness interact, Alex is uniquely equipped to help clients achieve lasting, sustainable results. Julie embarked on her fitness journey in 2016, beginning as a client by hiring her first personal trainer. This initial step sparked a love for strength training and while working a school teacher, she discovered that her true calling lay in the world of health and fitness. In 2021, she took a courageous leap of faith and made a significant career change, transitioning from teaching to personal training.

Introducing Nilima, our dedicated personal trainer who combines her experience in yoga, weight lifting, and long distance running to create a holistic approach toward well-being.
